Public health accreditation and quality improvement are not only being discussed intensely but mechanisms to help local health departments improve performance and outcomes are growing.
During this Webinar training, Cindan Gizzi will share the experience of the Pierce-Tacoma County Washington Health Department in their road to building a quality culture. Key terminology will be discussed in regards to quality and the "Quality Trilogy". Examples of how the "Quality Trilogy" has served as a model for quality within the Pierce-Tacoma County Health Department will be presented in addition to the infrastructure developed to support a quality culture. Lessons, examples and resources will be shared based on the learning and growth of our fellow MLC state. First, I illustrate how I break glass ceilings/window/doors (it feels like DSHS and DOL have me frozen in and glass ceiling offed) and then I go to the courthouse...(got stuck in a handicapped parking broke 2 nails and a nice GI in a bmw and a couple of fella one woman pushed us out...bless their hearts)
Today 1-20-2012 I had court scheduled for 9:00am but when I got there Michelle Evans court assistant and Honorable Judge Edmund M. Murphy said it was stricken from the calendar by the state attorney general's office.
This video shows how I had to wait outside the courthouse today for hours with my handicapped mom, The court house Officer R, Carter made me delete my best footage of me telling everyone in line how I was here for my 2 million dollar case and his footage I filmed of him being rude to the public. He knew I just filmed and made me delete it he treated me like a terrorist and said there was a law I couldn't film but I didnt see any sign they indicated not to film in certain areas. He sure has a lot to hide and forced me to delete both footages of outside with him being rude and x-ray area.
I called the Commissior's Offce as soon as I got home and filed a complaint regarding the rudeness of the officer, the lack of administration's poor communications with the public not indicating nothing on the website not even a sign in the window (lazy court workers can't make a sign for public?!) and giving out false information to the public saying they would open at 9:00am misleading us to come and stand in the cold freezing rain. Ice fell on us to and they could care less.
Thank GOD my cases were not dismissed during MLK week by the State Attorney General Declaration of Kuehn T. Mattew attorney..

1/29/12-For hours today I tried to get the message on youtube out about my lawsuits thru emails and comments and nazi youtube censored me as spam and deleted over 100 sent out emails and my new contacts lists of 300 ppl where they go once u add them is beyond me. In this world there is no justice especially in wa state. Now nazi youtube has restriced me from sending out emails and in my sent out box it says I only sent out 5 emails which is a damn lie. This is so frustrating.
